I created a small application to run a kind of census of Adobe Flex developers in Brazil and the surrounding region.

Why run a census?

The main goal was to understand how Flex was progressing in the job market. More than a thousand people participated in the community mailing lists, but we had little visibility into where they were or how they worked.

The first version was simple. The plan was to use the data to produce charts and more interactive modules.
